Cheese magic on the rock
Every Saturday & Sunday (16.11 - 24.02.24)
We transform the grotto at the Stein & Sein restaurant into a wintery fir forest and serve a wide variety of fondue specialties.
Experience the winter atmosphere over Lake Thun every Saturday and Sunday from November 16 to February 23, 2025 (daily from 21.12 to 05.01.25 and 01.02 to 23.02.25) and enjoy exquisite fondue blends.
You are spoilt for choice and can choose from the following fondues
Classic fondue
Tomato fondue
Mushroom fondue
You can also choose from the following side dishes:
Potatoes l Baked mushrooms l Truffle oil l Apple, pear & mandarin l Cherry
we charge CHF 5 per side dish
You can round off the fondue with an optional dessert “Cinnamon ice cream with cream & fruit garnish” for CHF 7
Important information
The «winter magic on the rock» takes place in the outdoor area of the restaurant. We therefore recommend that you wear warm clothing - woollen blankets are available.

Guests of the “Chäszouber am Fels” then benefit from a special ticket for the St. Beatus Caves at a price of CHF 5 instead of CHF 20
(children CHF 5 instead of CHF 12). Last admission is at 17.45h (Saturday) and 16.15h (Sunday).
