A visit to the St Beatus Caves is pure adventure for children, who will become little cave explorers. They can let off steam in the large playground on the popular wooden castle, discover hands-on knowledge in the Cave Museum and thus immerse themselves in the unique world of caves – and be amazed.
Caving makes you hungry! That's why there is a free public fireplace in the park and the child-friendly Restaurant "Stein & Sein" looks forward to your visit.
Neither the path nor the caves are suitable for prams. The path to the cave entrance is very steep and there are 297 steps to climb in the caves. Therefore, we cannot allow prams into the park.
A visit to the St Beatus Caves is a highlight that can be combined with other great experiences during your stay in the region. For example, with a lake cruise on the Blüemlisalp steamboat on Lake Thun, a speedy downhill ride on a scooter bike from the Niederhorn or a visit to the James Bond World on the Schilthorn.
Niederhorn – Marvel, experience, enjoy
Niesen – The pyramid on Lake Thun
Stockhorn – Mountains, lakes
Schilthorn – Swiss skyline
